The budget, contingent on available funds, prioritizes programs aimed at improving grassroots living standards and supporting the state’s “Building our Future Together” agenda. Funding is expected to come from statutory allocations, internally generated revenue (IGR), and grants from the state government.
The budget includes both recurrent and capital expenditures.
