GLO Unveils Campaign Billboards for Abiodun, Yayi Across Ogun
ABEOKUTA – The Council of Governor Liaison Officers (GLO) in Ogun State has unveiled campaign billboards at strategic locations across the state in support of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s senatorial aspiration and Senator Olamilekan Adeola Solomon (Yayi)’s governorship ambition.
Speaking during the unveiling on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in Abeokuta, the Ogun State Chairman of the Council of Governor Liaison Officers, Otunba Tola Olutayo, MAPM, ARPA, said the initiative underscores the group’s unwavering commitment to the progressive leadership and developmental vision of the two leaders.
According to him, the campaign billboards represent the confidence and trust reposed in Governor Abiodun and Senator Adeola by members of the Governor Liaison Officers and their supporters across the state.
Olutayo noted that the exercise is aimed at mobilising grassroots support, promoting unity among party faithful, and encouraging residents to sustain the developmental strides being recorded under the administration of Governor Abiodun while supporting Senator Adeola’s aspiration to become the next Governor of Ogun State.
He added that the Council remains committed to promoting the ideals of good governance, continuity, and sustainable development, expressing optimism that the leadership of the two politicians would further accelerate the state’s growth and development.
The GLO chairman also urged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), supporters, stakeholders, and the people of Ogun State to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and focused on issue-based political engagement throughout the political process.
He reaffirmed the Council’s commitment to working with other stakeholders to ensure continued progress, unity, and prosperity for Ogun State.
