Ogun APC Chairman, Sanusi Mourns Sudden Death of Party’s Publicity Secretary, Tunde Oladunjoye

Abeokuta – The Ogun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been thrown into mourning following the sudden demise of its State Publicity Secretary, Comrade Tunde Oladunjoye.

In a heartfelt tribute, the State Chairman of the party, Chief Yemi Sanusi, described Oladunjoye as a dedicated, pragmatic, and loyal party man who served with unwavering commitment.

Chief Sanusi recalled their first collaboration in 2018 when they, alongside Mr Ayo Olubori, were appointed as members of the APC Caretaker Committee in Ogun State. He praised the late spokesman as an irredentist who always defended the party’s image with his “vibrant pen,” ensuring no falsehood went unchallenged.

“Tunde Oladunjoye was a fighter—for the party and any cause he believed in. Sadly, he could not defeat death, though he battled till the end. His passing is a huge loss to the APC, his family, and Ogun State,” Sanusi stated.

The chairman prayed that Almighty Allah grants the deceased eternal rest in Aljanah Fridaus, comforts the family he left behind, and protects the party’s leadership and members from untimely death.

“Adieu, Tunde,” Sanusi concluded.

The cause of Oladunjoye’s death has not been officially disclosed. The party has yet to announce funeral arrangements.
