BREAKING: Jandor Orchestrates Historic Political Realignment in Lagos as PDP Structures Collapse into APC
Lagos, Nigeria – In a stunning political development, the Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced the total collapse of its structures—from Ward to Local Government and State levels—into the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). The move, described as the “most dynamic political realignment in Lagos history,” was spearheaded by PDP chieftain and governorship candidate Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor.

Amode stated that all PDP structures—from ward levels to the state executive—have resolved to defect en masse to the APC in solidarity with Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor.
“Today, we have decided to collapse the entire PDP structure in Lagos State, from ward to the state level, to align with His Excellency Jandor and decamp to the APC,” Amode declared.
He further criticized the PDP, stating that the party had lost its way. “The PDP, both at the national and state levels, has deviated from the founding ideals that once made it the largest and most respected political platform in Africa,” he said.
“This is a landmark moment in Lagos politics,” the spokesperson declared. “After extensive consultations, our members have agreed to align with the progressive vision championed by Jandor and the APC. This decision reflects the people’s desire for impactful governance and inclusive development.”
Political analysts say the mass defection could significantly reshape Lagos’ political landscape, consolidating APC’s dominance while dealing a major blow to the opposition PDP in the state.
Jandor, who recently intensified grassroots mobilization efforts, hailed the move as “a new dawn for Lagos,” urging all former PDP members to work with the APC in building a more prosperous state.
