– _Sikiru Adekunle_, Deputy Controller of Corrections (DCC) at Maximum-Security Custodial Centre (MSCC), Kiri-kiri, Lagos State
– _Ogbule Samuel Obinna_, ASC II at Medium Security Custodial Centre (MSCC), Afikpo, Ebonyi State, for allegedly escorting a convicted inmate outside the facility
– _Iloafonsi Kevin Ikechukwu_, Deputy Controller of Corrections (DCC) at Medium Security Custodial Centre (MSCC), Kuje-Abuja, for allegedly receiving money on behalf of an inmate
