IFO LG: HON. KUSIMO LAYS FOUNDATION FOR NEW OFFICE COMPLEX FOR SUPERVISORS, ADVISERS, RENOVATES OTHERS

In his commitment to revitalize the Local Government Secretariat and provide a conducive working environment for Supervisors and other political appointees, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Idris Olalekan Kusimo, hasducted the groundbreaking for a new office building dedicated to Supervisors and Special Advisers on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 wi,thin the Council Secretariat.

In a related development, the Chairman has also initiated the renovation of key offices, including those of the Executive Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary to the Local Government (SLG), Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA), and the Conference Room. The renovation work is currently underway and is expected to be completed shortly.

The Chairman’s vision is to modernize the Council’s operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to the people. This includes creating a comfortable and productive work environment equipped with modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment
In attendance at the project site are the Head of Local Government Administration, Mr. Fatai Ogundele, Directors and Head of various Departments amongst other political and career officers of the Council Area.
