Police Academy: Beneficiaries visit Senator Tolu Odebiyi
Some Beneficiaries of the recently concluded police academy recruitment from Ogun west earlier today paid a courtesy cum thank you visit to Senator Tolu Odebiyi.
Recall that the Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District in Ogun state last year assisted capable and qualified constituents with their recruitment into the academy.
The Beneficiaries, who took turn to appreciate the Senator made promises which includes upholding the dignity of the region, diligence at workplace and serving the country with clean hands.
Responding to their gesture, Senator Tolu Odebiyi admonished the beneficiaries to in turn use their current position well for the benefit of the masses most especially development of Ogun West when the need arises. He said “Thousands of people would have love to be where you are today but grace choose you, all I will advice is that you remain diligent and always remember the son of whom you are. Be up and doing, don’t be lazy and make better usage of the opportunity you have today”.
The Senator who has sìnce coming into power has made numerous positive moves for the betterment of the region he is representing which includes Scholarships, Empowerment, socioeconomic development amidst others.
In His closing remarks, the Senator reaffirmed his commitment towards the development of the region while he also assured his constituents that he will at all times be their mouth piece to the Dapo Abiodun led government for the development and delivery of dividend of democracy as at when due. He also said he will build on past experiences to make sure Ogun West is not shortchanged or segregated amidst their equals in ogun state.
