AMORAN Chairman , Sokoya Hails Governor Abiodun at 66, Hails His ‘People-First’ Leadership

The Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), Ogun State Chapter, has poured encomiums on Governor Prince Dapo Oluwaseun Abiodun CON as he marks his 66th birthday on May 29, 2026.

In a statement released on Friday in Abeokuta, the association’s Chairman, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya, described the governor as a visionary leader whose administration has brought unprecedented infrastructural renewal and economic prosperity to the Gateway State.

“Your Excellency, at 66, you continue to exemplify a rare blend of visionary leadership, administrative excellence, and unwavering dedication to the Iseya mantle of our dear Gateway State,” the statement read.

Otunba Sokoya noted that under Governor Abiodun’s guidance, Ogun State has not only witnessed massive infrastructural renewal but has also become a beacon of industrial peace and economic growth.

The AMORAN chairman further expressed the union’s gratitude for the governor’s consistent engagement with commercial motorcycle operators, acknowledging their role as genuine partners in the state’s economic engine.

“Your people-first policies have ensured that while we move the people of Ogun State daily, you, in turn, move the state steadily toward greater heights,” he said.

On behalf of the entire executive committee and membership of AMORAN, Otunba Sokoya prayed for continued robust health, uncommon wisdom, and strength for the governor in the years ahead.

“Happy 66th Birthday, Your Excellency. May this new year bring you more joy, greater achievements, and lasting fulfilment,” the statement concluded.
