Senator Salisu OMOYAYI Celebrates Ogun Speaker Elemide on 61st Birthday
ABEOKUTA – The Senator representing Ogun Central Senatorial District, Senator Shuaib Afolabi Salisu, popularly known as OMOYAYI has extended warm felicitations to the Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide, on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
In a personal congratulatory message, Senator Salisu praised the Speaker’s lifetime of dedicated service and his significant contributions to the development of his home base, Odeda Local Government, and the entire state.
The Senator described the Speaker’s journey as one “marked by principled grassroots leadership and resilience in the face of challenges,” which he said “clearly demonstrates the qualities of a destined leader.”
He also highlighted the significance of Odeda Local Government’s strong foundational heritage, noting with pride that it currently produces both the leadership of the State Assembly and the representation for Ogun Central in the Senate.
“It is a particular point of pride for our constituents that both the leadership of the Ogun State House of Assembly and representation in the Senate for Ogun Central share the strong foundational heritage of Odeda Local Government,” Senator Salisu stated.
The lawmaker, who chairs the Senate Committee on ICT & Cybersecurity, offered prayers for the Speaker, asking that the Almighty grant him “continued wisdom, robust health, and the fulfilment of your aspirations in service to our people.”
He wished the Speaker many more years of impact and prosperity.
