Ogun Lg Chairman, Semiu Lawal Resumes Office , Pays Homage to Traditional Rulers
Following the swearing-in of the 20 Local Government Transition Committees in Ogun on Friday, the Odeda Local Government transition Committee Chairman, Hon. Semiu Bola Lawal , otherwise known as SEMBOL , has resumed office.

Hon Lawal resumes to his office at Odeda, the Local Government headquarters , Odeda , on Monday and was welcomed by the Traditional Rules within Odeda Local Government, Council members of staff , political Leaders and the good people of the Local Government.
He said ”In order to advance and roll forward the progress wheel of Odeda local government, Chairman, Transition Committee, Hon. Semiu Bola Lawal said he sought for the Prayers and advice from traditional institution first before proceeded to the council.
At the council secretarial, where he held a brief meeting with the Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA) and all head of departments in each department at conference hall before going to his office.
He said “I want to use this opportunity to thank our dear Governor, Prince Dapp Abiodun for the opportunity given me to serve my people. It is a privilege. I promise to make good use of it again by providing dividend of democracy to our people in Odeda Local Government and transform the local government to the one that will be the envy of others in the state”.
The Transition Chairman while admonishing the council workers to be disciplined and re dedicate themselves as usual to the work and progress of the local government, he enjoined people of the area to give him and his team adequate supports and cooperation needed to achieve success in office.
