Ogun ALGON Chairman, Adeyemo, Emerges Deputy National Welfare Secretary
Suleja, Niger State – The Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Ogun State Chapter, has congratulated its Chairman, Hon. Adeyemo Folasade, PhD, on her appointment as the *Deputy National Welfare Secretary* of ALGON.
The appointment was announced during the ALGON National Executive Council Meeting and Strategic Workshop held recently in Suleja, Niger State.
Hon. Folasade, who also serves as the Executive Chairman of Odeda Local Government and Chairman of ALGON Ogun State, was recognised for her exceptional leadership, dedication to grassroots development, and contributions to advancing local governance in Nigeria.
In a statement signed by Hon. Johnson Akohomeh Avoseh, Executive Chairman of Ipokia Local Government and PRO of ALGON Ogun State, the association expressed confidence in her ability to bring the same integrity, vision, and service-driven leadership to her new national role.
“We are proud of your achievements and trust that you will excel in this new responsibility, just as you have done in Ogun State,” the statement read.
