Ipokia LG Chairman Celebrates Retiree Idowu Michael Kolawole After Meritorious Service
The Executive Chairmen of Ipokia Local Government, Hon. Johnson Akohomeh Avoseh AKA Cornerstone, has congratulated Mr. Idowu Michael Kolawole the Director of Finance and Supplies as he pens down from active meritorious service years today Thursday, 10th April, 2025 at the local government Secretariat.
The Local Government Boss thanked God for making this day a remarkable day and also expresses his gratitude to the State Governor, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun CON, on his welfare package towards all Public Servants in Ogun State.
Cornerstone who described the out going Treasurer, Mr. Idowu Michael as an understanding, humble and Professional in all his doing, further enjoined him not to relaxed after his retirement but continue to be active as he engages himself in various tasks. He then prayed for long life and good health as he retires.
In his earlier remarks, the Head of Local Government Administration, Mr. Emmanuel Pogbe, also appreciated God for the celebrant while charging him to be more active by engaging in various activities that will keep him occupied and then prayed for him and his family for God guidance and protection.
The guest Minister Pastor Olajide Mathew from Winners Chapel who ministered at the occasion took his sermons from the book of Psalm: 92 v 1-5 and Ecclesiastics: 3 v 1-10 respectively, noted that Mercy made.the celebrant what he is today. He also said that retirement is not an end; but a new phase of life that is filled with explorable opportunities where he will find joy, peace and comfort.
He also said that, it is a time to bear good fruits as makes himself productive in humanitarian Services and the likes.
Pastor Olajide prayed that the retiree will begin to experience a new beginning of a now phase of life in all ramifications.
