Ogun NUJ Mourns Sudden Death of Trust TV Correspondent Ajibade Awofeso

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Council, has expressed its deepest condolences to Trust TV over the sudden demise of its correspondent, Ajibade Awofeso.

In a statement signed by Secretary Bunmi Adigun, the union described the loss as “irreparable” and shared in the grief of the entire Trust TV family.

Ajibade, who recently joined the Ogun State Council Secretariat as a correspondent from Imo Council, was remembered for his dedication and impact during his short stay. His sudden departure has left a void in the hearts of those who interacted with him.

The union stated that Ajibade had “fulfilled his destiny” and “impacted lives” during his time with them, adding that they are grateful he shared his time with them before his passing.

The Ogun NUJ has offered its support to the bereaved family, colleagues, and friends during this difficult time, praying for the soul of the departed to rest in peace and for God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
