The National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abeokuta ,the Ogun state capital, Monday affirmed the election of the Speaker of State House Assembly, Rt.Hon. Olakunle Oluomo , who also represents Ifo state constituency 1, in Ifo local government area of Ogun state.
The three-member panel Unanimous decision of the tribunal today says Ogun Speaker was duly elected as member representing Ifo 1 state Constituency.
The candidate of the PDP was seeking to declare him winner in the state assembly constituency argued that the Speaker was not duly elected by the majority votes.
