Ogbeni Yekinni Declares Chairmanship Bid for Yewa South LG, Unveils Vision for Transformative Development
In a move that is set to shake up the political landscape of Ogun State, Ogbeni Yekinni Yusuf Olatunji, a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has formally declared his intention to contest for the position of Chairman, Yewa South Local Government Council in the upcoming elections.



In a letter of intent obtained by our correspondent, Ogbeni Olatunji, also known as “Anobi Yewa”, outlined his vision for transformative development and progress in Yewa South, with a focus on infrastructure improvement, economic growth, community engagement, transparency, and accountability in governance, as well as ensuring the security of life and properties of all citizens.
With a deep understanding of the community’s needs, Ogbeni Olatunji expressed confidence in his ability to lead and serve the Local Government efficiently and effectively, leveraging his wealth of experience as a dedicated and passionate member of the APC since its formation.
His campaign promises include:
