Ipokia LG: Cornerstone Lauds President Tinubu For Initiating Skill Acquisition Program
Ipokia Local Government helms man, Hon. Johnson Akohomeh Avoseh (Cornerstone) has lauded His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for initiating skill acquisition program for the unemployed under His Renew Hope Agenda.
Hon. Avoseh made this commendation when he received participant (Trainees) of the program at his Office today, Thursday, 12/12/2024. He stressed that this scheme will go a long way in addressing unemployment problem in the Country.
Preventing the participants to the Council Boss, the Director in charge of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Mr. Exekel Omidiji disclosed that the trainees are receiving skill acquisition in the following areas: Goat Training, Poultry Production, Fish Farming and Community Development skill.
He further said that they will proceed for three (3) Weeks Industrial training exercise after the skill acquisition program.
Cornerstone charge the participants to be serious with their training and be more relevant in the society they find themselves.
