Urges Continued Adherence to Ramadan Virtues for Peaceful Coexistence

Senator Solomon Adeola (APC, Ogun West), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across Nigeria and the world on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of Ramadan.

In a goodwill message, Senator Adeola commended Muslims for their devotion during the holy month and urged them to uphold the enduring lessons of Ramadan—self-discipline, compassion, justice, and peaceful coexistence. He emphasized that these values remain vital for national harmony and progress.

*”As we celebrate Eid, let us renew our commitment to tolerance, unity, and supplication for Nigeria’s peace and prosperity under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership,”* the lawmaker stated. *”The prayers offered during Ramadan will surely yield divine intervention for our nation’s challenges.”*

Senator Adeola also called for sustained interfaith prayers against insecurity, reiterating Islam’s message of peace and humanity. He encouraged citizens to support government efforts in addressing societal issues while embodying the piety and goodwill cultivated during Ramadan.

The senator concluded by wishing Muslims a joyful Eid celebration and a future filled with Allah’s blessings.
