Breaking: Court Stops ADC Governorship, Assembly Candidates From Contesting 2023 Elections In Ogun

A Federal High Court sitting in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to delist the governorship candidate, Barrister Biyi Otegbeye and some assembly candidates of the African Democratic Party, ADC, from contesting the 2023 election in the State.

A source at the court informed Newsacross.com that the order to delist the governorship candidate and all the 26 House of Assembly candidates of the Party was made on Friday.
