BREAKING: Court sacks Kwankwaso’s son in-law as Kano PDP guber candidate

A federal high court in Kano state has nullified the candidacy of Abba Yusuf, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate in Kano state.

Kabir is the anointed governorship candidate of Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso.

The court presided by Leis Allagoa nullified the primary election that led to emergence of Yusuf.

The judge ruled that the PDP did not conduct governorship primary election in Kano.

Justice Lowis Allagoa averred that the party should conduct fresh primary election between today and Saturday, March 9.

Kabir is the main challenger of the incumbent governor of the state, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
