Senator Adeola Calls for Prayers for President Tinubu and Nigeria in Easter Message
As Christians worldwide celebrate Easter, Senator Solomon Adeola, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, has urged Nigerians to pray for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the nation as the administration continues to implement its Renewed Hope Agenda.
In his 2025 Easter message, Senator Adeola emphasized the importance of Christian virtues such as sacrifice, patience, love, and faith, which he said are essential for national development. He noted that President Tinubu’s administration is laying a strong foundation for economic growth and urged citizens to remain supportive.
“President Tinubu has demonstrated courage in making tough decisions for Nigeria’s progress,” Adeola stated. “I call on all Nigerians, especially during this Easter period, to pray for the success of his government and the nation’s stability.”
The Senator also expressed optimism about Nigeria’s future, comparing the hope of Christ’s resurrection to the potential for national renewal. He encouraged citizens to remain resilient and work with the government to overcome economic and security challenges.
