Sen. Tolu Odebiyi Commends Gov. Abiodun Over TMCList
The Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Distinguished Senator Tolu Odebiyi has commended the Executive Governor of Ogun state, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun (MFR) over the choice of people the governor has appointed into the Transition Management Committees (TMC) to oversee the affairs of the various Local Government Areas in the state.
In a statement released today by the Ogun West Senator, Odebiyi said, “The list shows that the governor employed great care and thoroughness.
Sen. Tolu Odebiyi who is also the Vice Chairman Senate Committee on Federal Capital Territory (FCT) added that the list is fair, balanced and a true reflection of the wishes of the people.
“I want to commend His Excellency for the composition of the Caretaker Committee members that will superintend over our Local Government Areas. The list shows that the governor is a man that painstakingly looks at issues concerning governance”.
Members of the Caretaker Committee are committed party members who have excelled in their chosen careers, and will add value to the grassroots governance.
He reiterated the need to support this administration to ensure all hands are on deck to deliver qualitative and quantitative services and restore hope back to the state”.
Odebiyi however appealed to those who could not make the list but have also laboured for the party to be patient as they will be accommodated in due course in other positions.
“I want to also use this opportunity to congratulate His Excellency once again and everyone on that list.
