Ijebu East LG Chairman, Oyesanya, attends 3rd Year Anniversary MHWUN, commends gesture
The Chairman, Ijebu East Local Government Ogbere on Tuesday joined the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, Ijebu East Local Government Chapter as they mark their 3rd year in office while using the same event to unveil their free drugs and medical equipment to the Staff Clinic.
“The gesture is in the Union’s effort to compliment government efforts and serve as their little contribution to humanity”.
The Union Chairman, Comrade Taorid Adegbenro said this while addressing the audience/guest at the event.
While addressing the union and guest present, the Council Chairman commend the union for deeming it fit to support the government and make medical treatment accessible to staff.
She urged them to continue to work and partner with government to deliver basic health care to the people, not only to the staff but also to all those in the local community where they are posted to discharge their functions
The event was grace by The Head of Local Government Administration Dr. Oyedele Mayomi. Com. Ambassador Tunde Oladunjoye represented by Hon Kunle Adesanya., Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Sina Ipaye, Director Water and Environmental Sanitation, Nurat Adeyemo and Dr. Kazeem Oladipupo.
