EXCLUSIVE: Amosun Picks Jobberman Coo Founder, Olalekan Olude as likely successor
There is a strong indication that Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun may have settled for Jobberman Coo Founder, Olalekan Olude as his Successor, Newsacross.com can exclusively report.
Before this development, it was alleged that the governor had settled for the choice of Mr AbdulKabir Akinlade popular Know as AAA, the Current chief of staff Tolu Odebiyi and Canadian-based Mrs. Titi Odunfa Adeoye as the party’s candidate in Ogun state come 2019.
As he was quoted as having said at a recent fora, that “My candidate will not be politician, not even in APC and a wiz Kid,”
The governor spoke on the issue on Tuesday, while answering questions from newsmen on the sideline of a news conference he addressed on the forthcoming 2018 Africa Drum Festival in Abeokuta.
He refused to give details on the identity of his preferred candidate, but explained that, he will continue with the projects and programmes of his administration after 2019.
The governor, during the recent meeting of the APC caucus of the state’s National Assembly and state House of Assembly, revealed that his preferred governorship candidate may not be a politician.
Mr. Olalekan Olude is the Cofounder and COO of Jobberman, and Founding Managing Partner,The African Talent Company a subsidiary of The One Africa Media Group housing the biggest and most successful recruitment websites in Africa.
Mr. Olalekan Olude is from Imasayi in Yewa North Local Government, Ogun State.
