Breaking: Police Arrest Three Suspects Over Killing of Former OGTV Staff, Kitan Oyesiku
The Ogun State Police Command has reportedly arrested three suspects in connection with the killing of former Ogun State Television (OGTV) staff member, Mrs. Kitan Oyesiku, popularly known as “Aunty Kitan.”
Sources close to the investigation disclosed that the suspects were apprehended following ongoing efforts by security operatives to unravel the circumstances surrounding her death.
The suspects are expected to be paraded soon at the Ogun State Police Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, where details of the investigation and the circumstances leading to their arrest are expected to be made public.
Mrs. Oyesiku, a respected former broadcaster and media personality, was widely known for her contributions to the media industry during her years of service at OGTV.
The development has generated reactions among residents and members of the media community, many of whom have been demanding justice since news of her death emerged.
Police authorities are yet to issue an official statement on the arrests as of the time of filing this report.
