Ota Residents applaud Gov. Dapo Abiodun over road construction without victimization or demolition

The people of Ota in Ogun State have earlier today appreciated the Ogun state governor, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun for his construction works and acts of good governance without demolition of one property or the other.
Mrs Popoola speaking on behalf of women during the inspection visit of the Governor to Osi – Navy Quarters – Ikola road in Ota said the Governor has done well in the community through the roads construction without demolition of property.
Sen. Akin Odunsi, a chieftain and former Senator of Federal Republic of Nigeria in his remark appreciates Prince Dapo Abiodun and also congratulates the good people of Ota for their tremendous benefit from the administration at the early stage of the administration. He said Dapo Abiodun’s administration has given us wonderful representation with the Deputy, Head of Service and even Commissioners’ slot.
His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, Mfr in his speech promised to prioritise many projects in the local government and Ogun State as a whole. While responding to people’s applauds, the Governor said he can’t develop the state at the expense of the people who are to benefit from the development.
My administration must not be tagged “Ijoba Wole Wole” as it is popularly called House Demolition Government, The Governor said if the government should go by the Architectural plans, the walkway and street lights installation would have led to demolition of properties of its citizens. We can’t avoid to see our citizens cry, mourn and die in the name of development.
