Ogun Monitoring Team Applauds Odeda LG for Executing grassroot oriented projects

The Chairman, Transition Committee, Odeda Local Government, Hon. Semiu Bola Lawal has been applauded for the various ongoing grassroot oriented projects been executed by his administration.

This commendation was given by the Ogun State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs’ Inspectorate and Monitoring team led by its Director, Mr. Kasali Olaleye.
The team, which was on an inspection tour of ongoing projects being executed by the local government gave kudos to the Council Boss for the conception and execution of the projects which were described as strategic and grassroot oriented.
Projects inspected by the team include, construction of Police post at Bakatari, construction of Boreholes at Papa Oja in Itesi Ward and Aigbede Village in Opeji ward. Others include construction of forty open stalls at Gbonagun Market, twenty lockup shops at Osiele and twenty open stalls at Kila Market.

Hon. Lawal, while responding to questions in his office after the inspection expressed his appreciation to the state government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR for the timely release of funds to the local government for the execution of the projects.
The Inspectorate team led by Mr Kasali Olaleye comprised of Mr Sunday Oduntan, the Deputy Director a nd Mrs Modupe Opaleye, Assistant Chief Administrative Officer. The team was accompanied on the inspection by principal career officers of the Local Government led by Mrs Taiwo Akintomide, the Head of Local Government Administration.
