Ogun First Lady reaffirms commitment to sports development

 Mrs. Abiodun stated that sport is significant to human existence as it brings about peace and harmony noting that sport competitions would always elicit excitement among the people.

   She disclosed that she was a sport lover and had participated in many athletic competitions and encouraged young ones to exert their youthful energy in the development of sport.

   Earlier in his goodwill message, the Ogun state Head of service, Engr. Lanre Bisiriyu stated that Ogun state had been fortunate to have produced champions in sports both locally and internationally adding that the glory could be maintained if the young ones could showcase their talents and show interest in sport.

   “The first lady and wife of the Ogun state governor, Mrs. Bamidele Abiodun also take time to out of the tight schedule to come, it shows that the present administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun is all out to take sports to achieve many things and maintain the glory”.
