Ogun APC Youth League begins Party mobilisation, inaugurates chapters

In a bid towards delivering on its promise to mobilize over 200 thousand youths for the party registration exercise of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State, the APC Youth League has begun massive sensitisation from all wards in the State.

A statement by the State Publicity Secretary of the League, Adewale Adeleye made available Sunday morning indicates that the mobilisation is part of the league’s way of showing support to the present administration of Governor Dapo Abiodun MFR.

The statement quoted the state Coordinator of the group, Comrade Olamide Lawal to have said” Governor Dapo Abiodun had shown commitment to his building our future together agenda, by carrying the youths along in all he does, especially in terms of appointments and Empowerment. Such a person deserves our unalloyed support” .

According to the Coordinator, ” we have begun our mobilisation for the party registration from the grassroots in three local government; Abeokuta North, Ijebu-Ode and Sagamu”

“Our wards and local government Coordinators and executives have been inaugurated in these three Local government areas and we are going to complete the remaining LGs before the registration exercise ends in March.”

While Abeokuta North had its glamorous inauguration last December at the popular Ori-Omi Sokori, Abeokuta, Ijebu-Ode and Sagamu local governments had theirs on the 27th and 29th at Local government Secretariat open field, Ijebu-Ode and Makun Hall, Sagamu, respectively.

During these events, graced by leaders of the party in each of the local government, our members were mandated to a minimum of 1000 youths to get registered in each ward of the LG.

Comrade Lawal maintained that the decision of the Ogun State Coordinate of the APC Youth League to continue mobilising for Progressive change, remained unhindered.
