Ogun APC Chairman disowns knowledge of IPAC Meeting, warns Oginni and his Co-travellers

The chairman of All Progressives Congress, Ogun State Chapter, Chief Yemi Sanusi has disassociated himself and the party from purpoted meeting with the Inter-Party Advisory Council, IPAC, headed by one Comrade Olaposi Oginni in the state.

In a statement personally signed by the chairman of APC and made available to Newsmen in Abeokuta on Friday, he declared that he never sent any representative to said the meeting..

The statement reads;

RE: APC, PDP LEADERS EXPRESS READINESS TO SUPPORT OCINNI LED IPAC EXECUTIVE IN OGUN.

THE PUBLICATION MADE BY AN ONLINE BLOGGER Named www.sagagist.com.ng AS IT RELATES TO THE ABOVE WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BY A LOYAL PARTY FAITHFUL. TO THIS END. I AM TOTALLY DISMAYED THAT SUCH COCKTAIL OF LIES COULD BE CONCOCTED AROUND MY PERSON AND OUR PARTY; APC.

THEREFORE, I STATE WITH EVERY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY THAT NEITHER ME NOR THE ENTIRE STATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF OGUN APC NOMINATED ONE MR. CLEMENT ADENIYI TO REPRESENT THE INTEREST OF OGUN APC AT IPAC ACTIVITIES.

WE HAVE AT NO TIME ISSUED ANY INSTRUMENT OF AUTHORITY TO MR. CLEMENT ADENIYI OR ANYBODY WHATSOEVER TO REPRESENT APC AT EITHER OF THE TWO FACTIONS OF OGUN IPAC.

FURTHERMORE, APC OGUN STATE IS NOT IN ANYWAY CONNECTED TO THE ACTIVITES OF EITHER OF THE TWO FACTIONS OF IPAC FOR NOW,

I HEREBY DISASSOCIATE MY HUMBLE SELF AND THE ENTIRE STATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE ALL PROGRESSIVE CONGRESS OF OGUN STATE FROM THE SAID PUBLICATIONS.
