IJEBU ODE: BEWARE OF FAKE SPONSORED VIDEO ON COVID-19 RELIEF MATERIALS

The chairman of transition committee of Ijebu Ode local government says the recent video clip allegedly released by unknown faces to Tarnish the Image of the Governor of the state, Prince Dapo Abiodun and the Entire Transition Committee of Ijebu-Ode Local Government on the Grains Inside the bag of the COVID – 19 relief Materials Package for the Needy, Poor, and Vulnerable People in the State Circulating in the Social Media was fabricated.

He made this known in a statement personally signed today.

The statement reads:

REJOINDER : RE SPONSORED VIDEO TRENDING ABOUT THE GRAINS IN THE COVID – 19 RELIEF MATERIALS.

My Attention has been drawn to the unedited recorded Video to Tarnish the Image of the Governor of the state, Prince Dapo Abiodun and the Entire Transition Committee of Ijebu-Ode Local Government on the Grains Inside the bag of the COVID – 19 relief Materials Package for the Needy, Poor, and Vulnerable People in the State Circulating in the Social Media.

It is pertinent to Say that the beginning of the recorded video is a paid and sponsored video which has the voice from the beginning in Yoruba ” E bere Ajasa Yen” That alone has shown that it is coming from some unscrupulous Element who does not value the Efforts of the state Government towards cushioning the Effect of the Lock down.

The said Video which was sponsored with two women in the Background putting Another Beans and Rice which was different from the one distributed to our people was put inside a bucket while they were saying different sort of things that does not represent what is in the COVID – 19 relief Package.

To set the record straight, We have the video of beneficiary of the relief package who are praying for the Governor for been Benevolent at distributing such a huge items to the people.

To Add to it, That the recorded Video is Paid for, Our Distribution of the relief Materials is up to a week Now, while the sponsored Video is been recorded Today , it shows that the Group of Bad Element behind this Recorded Video doesn’t want Progress for the State and Ijebu-Ode Local Government.

The Good people of Ijebu-Ode Appreciate what the Excellency is Doing, and It has shown that this sponsored video is From the Opposition.
