Governor Abiodun Donates Borehole to Ikopa Ake Community
The Governor Dapo Abiodun led administration has reiterated its commitment to the welfare of the people of Ogun state who he said gave him the mandate of serving them.
Governor Abiodun, represented by his wife Mrs. Bamidele Abiodun affirmed this at the commissioning of the borehole donated by his administration to the people of Ikopa Ake community in Abeokuta
Governor Abiodun appreciated the people for their support for the administration and pledged his continued service to the people of the state noting that he would continue to look into the area of needs of the various communities of the state.
He added that the basic amenities were key to human existence and a sensitive government must be seen providing these to the people who had the mandate.
Earlier in his goodwill message, the Onikopa of Ikopa Ake, HRH, Oba Lawrence Adetunji Adetokun appreciated Governor Abiodun for considering the plight of the community and solving their long term problem of access to portable water.
He on behalf of the people of the community promised their unflinching support to the administration and its people oriented programs.
