First-class graduate who wrote JAMB 6 times dies days after completing NYSC (photo)

Simon Godwin Idoko, the young man, who was celebrated in 2018, for graduating with a first-class degree in pure and applied chemistry from Usman dan fodio university has reportedly passed away after battling illness.
had reported that the first class graduate was celebrated all over the country after it was revealed that he took the Joint Admission Matriculation Board exam six times before he passed and was admitted into the university.
Idoko, who graduated with a 4.75 CGPA in pure and applied chemistry from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, became a symbol of hope to young Nigerians, reminding them never to give up on their dreams. Now, he has been snatched away by the cold hands of death.
The sad news of his death was announced on Facebook by a user identified as Ameh Comrade Godwin-Azikiwe. Godwin Azikiwe shared a post, revealing that the first-class graduate passed away days after he completed his National Youth Service Corps.
He revealed that the young man had battled with illness leading to the tragedy.
