The Governorship Elections Petition Tribunal has fixed Saturday ,September 30, 2023, for judgment in the petitions challenging the March 18 Governorship election.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared Governor Dapo Abiodun winner of the election but Ladi Adebutu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) were among those who challenged the victory of their All Progressives Congress (APC) rival.
