BREAKING: Mr Ibu is Alive but In Critical Condition – Family Source

Veteran Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu is reportedly in critical condition.

One of his former aides and adopted son, Monday Diamond Ani who spoke to Newsacross.com said the comic actor is in Intensive Care Unit in a Lagos hospital, adding that the report of his death isn’t true.

“My Boss and adopted Father isn’t dead please,” Mr. Ani said adding that “he’s currently in a Lagos hospital receiving treatment.”

Ibu, who hails from Nkanu West local government area of Enugu State has been battling ailments which resulted in the amputation of one of his legs in November, 2023.
