Breaking: Again, Bamigbose, Seriki floor Ladi Adebutu in Appeal court
The Court of Appeal sitting in Ibadan on Wednesday set aside the request by Some Aspirants of the People Democratic party to be joined as interested parties in the substantive appeal.
The Aspirants are Hon Ladi Adebutu, Dada Bello, Apostle Dave Salako and Hon Adesegun Adekoya.
This was disclosed by Hon Bamigbose Led Exco’s Special Counsel, in a WhatsApp message sent to our reporters that the matter was still ongoing.

At the Appeal court sitting in Ibadan today the 26th of October 2022, the case of *Hon Ladi Adebutu, Dada Bello, Apostle Dave Salako and Hon Adesegun Adekoya* was individually struck out for lack of merit.
They all applied for leave of court to be joined as interested parties in the substantive appeal.
