AMORAN condoles with Ogun State Governor over father’s death

The leadership of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) has condoled with the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun over the demise of his father, Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun.

The Union in a statement issued by its Publicity Secretary, Otunba Sokoya Taofeek, lamented the demise of the patriarch but urged the bereaved family to draw strength from the fact that the late Pa Emmanuel Abiodun lived a fulfilled and memorable life.

Part of the statement reads, “The entire State executive members of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) in Ogun State, commiserate with the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun and indeed, the entire Abiodun family on the passing of their patriarch, Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun.

Until his death, he was a seasoned educationist, a distinguished civil servant, loving father and devout Christian, who devoted his life to the service of God.

While we pray to God to forgive his shortcomings and grant him eternal rest, we also pray He gives Governor Dapo Abiodun and the rest of the family the much needed strength and comfort to bear the colossal loss”.

Baba Teacher as he was fondly called, died on Monday, 2nd of August, 2021 at a very ripe age of 89, after a brief illness. He is survived survived by his wife, Mrs Victoria Abiodun, many children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members, amongst which is the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR.
