Ogun APC Youths Laud Princess Elegbeji, Applaud Governor Abiodun’s Role in Victory
ABEOKUTA — The Ogun State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Leaders has extended its “heartfelt congratulations” to Hon. Princess Adesola Ayoola Elegbeji following her “resounding victory” as the Member of the House of Representatives for the Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency.
The forum stated that her emergence is a clear testament to the people’s confidence in her capacity, competence, and unwavering commitment to quality representation and service to humanity.
Comprising progressive youths across 236 wards, 20 local governments, 9 federal constituencies, and 3 senatorial districts, the All Progressives Congress Youth Leaders’ Forum expressed immense pride in this milestone. They are confident that her tenure will usher in greater development, progress, and prosperity for her constituency and beyond.
The forum expressed “profound gratitude” to Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun for his “exceptional mobilisation, efforts, and support,” which they said were instrumental to the achievement. They highlighted that the governor personally engaged with ward youth leaders and empowered them with responsibilities, noting that his “exemplary leadership and strategic mobilisation were pivotal to this success.” They added that his dedication to the progress of Ogun State continues to inspire and yield remarkable results.
The statement also included a prayer for Governor Abiodun’s victory in the upcoming Ogun East senatorial district general election, expressing pride in him as a leader, supporter, and the number one citizen of the state.
The youth leaders also extended appreciation to the APC State Chairman, Chief Yemi Sanusi; the Director General of the Campaign, Hon. Yemi Adelani; party leaders; stakeholders; members; and supporters. They commended their tireless efforts and unity, stating that their dedication to the party’s ideals and the democratic process is deeply commendable.
The forum pledged its continued support and commitment to replicate this success during the Ogun East senatorial district elections in 2027.
The statement concluded with a prayer that Almighty God grant Hon. Princess Adesola Ayoola Elegbeji the wisdom, strength, and grace to excel in her new mandate.
