Housemaid laces family’s vegetable soup with poison, kills one

A Nigerian woman has died and her grandchildren currently battling for dear life after their housemaid poisoned their vegetable soup.

In a viral video seen by newsacross.com, the girl, identified as Taibat, said she poisoned the food because they refused to give her out of the soup as a punishment for stealing crayfish.

When further probed, she said the victims started purging and vomiting, shortly after consuming the poison.
