Exclusive: How Amosun planned to use Non Existing injunction to stop Ogun APC Caretaker Chairman, Yemi Sanusi’s Inauguration

Attempt by a former Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun to stop the inauguration of Chief Yemi Sanusi as the caretaker Chairman of the state Chapter of the party has been revealed. Newsacross.com can report.
Newsacross.com understands that, a chieftain of APC in the state, Senator Ibikunle Amosun in an attempt to stop Chief Sanusi inauguration as the Ogun state party Chairman had secured the service of one of the APC National administration officer to inform Chief Sanusi that an injunction has been secured against him not to be sworn in.
One of Our sources said “When it was the turn of Chief Sanusi to be accredited, one of the party staff at Abuja told our Chairman in the state that an injunction had been secured not to have him sworn in. But Chief Sanusi being a veteran simply asked the party official to give him a copy of the said injunction as he is yet to be served one.
The official simply said that is the instructions passed down to him by a state faction. Obviously, there is no injunction anywhere and up till this moment even after Chief Sanusi had inaugurated other 35 State Executive Committee, no court injunction has been served on the state or the national Secretariat of our party stopping Yemi Sanusi led exco in Ogun state”.
“This and many more are the antics deployed by those who worked against the party during the last election giving out millions both in local and foreign currencies, as well as other resources to sabotage the party and its candidate and they are yet to find it necessary to either apologize or respect the view of the majority of the stakeholders in the state” he added.
Noting that Chief Sanusi led executive committee as presently constituted is ready to work with any well meaning Nigerian in building and sustaining the progressive ideals of All Progressive Congress in the state and Nigeria as a whole.
