Breaking: Court affirms Engr. Tunji Akinosi as APC Ado Odo/Ota NASS Candidate

The Federal High Court in Abeokuta has affirmed Engr. Tunji Akinosi, FNSE as the authentic candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency in the coming general election.

HON.JUSTICE JOYCE OBEHI ABDULMALIK rules in a judgement suit FHC/AB/CS/94/2022 has struck out the case filed by the incumbent House of Representatives for Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency against the candidature of of the All Progressives Congress Candidate, Engr. Tunji Akinosi on Wednesday 30th of November, 2022.

The Judge struck out the case and said the plaintiff has no Locus standi to challenge the primary that he didn’t participate in.
