Ipokia LG Boss, Avoseh Commissions Solar-Powered Water Project in Mede, Okere Communities.
The Executive Chairman of Ipokia Local Government, Hon. Johnson Akohomeh Avoseh, a.k.a Cornerstone, has lauded Ogun State Governor, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun CON, for attracting massive development to the State by initiating and executing numerous projects across the length and breadth of Ogun State.
He made this commendation when he commissioned the solar-powered water project at Mede and Okere Communities in the council area today, Tuesday 31st December 2024.
Hon. Avoseh said further that the Governor, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun CON meant well for the State, and that is the reason why he is trying to make Ogun State a model for others to copy.
The council helmsman also commended Governor Abiodun for being a responsive leader. He stressed that His Excellency, Governor Dapo Abiodun CON continue to respond to people’s and community needs with gladness.
While expressing gratitude to Governor Abiodun’s Chief of Staff, Dr. Taiwo Toyin for facilitating the execution of the water project in the two communities, Hon. Avoseh charged the people in the communities to secure the project and guide against vandalisation.
The event was attended by the Head of Local Government Administration, Mr. Emmanuel Senapon Pogbe and the Directors. Others are Comrade Ajibola Nurudeen Olatunde, Chairman and Founder of Iboto Ni Koko Movement/ABLAN, Chairperson of Physically Challenged Persons in Ipokia Local Government and the community dwellers.
