Breaking: Suspected Cultists Kill Olumide Ifeoluwa, TESCOM in Ogun community

Suspected cultists have killed a young man identified as Olumide Ifeoluwa Popularly Known as TESCOM in the Ijeun Titun community in the Abeokuta South local government area of Ogun State.

Residents of the community told journalists that the gang members invaded the community in a commando style on Sunday Evening and started shooting sporadically.

They added that the killing may be the outcome of a supremacy battle among various cult groups in Ogun state.

A source who confirmed the incident said the gang members came into the community when TESCOM was breaking his fast.

She said: “Some boys came into the community with a Toyota Corolla and opened fire on the victim while he was breaking his fast with his friends. The incident happened at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday.

It would be recalled that no fewer than 50 persons were killed in 2023 when members of the Eiye and Aiye confraternities clashed, including three innocent schoolboys in Sagamu recently.
