APC guber primaries: Councillors back Abiodun’s candidacy, hail NWC, Oshiomhole
Members of the Association of Local Government Councillors in Ogun State, have rally support for candidacy of Dapo Abiodun as the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
There are 272 Councillors at the meeting organized by ”Ogun DA Councillors” converged on Abiodun’s residence in Iperu-Remo.
Amid crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, 272 Councillors in 272 wards, out of 324 Councillors rallied support for the party’s governorship candidate, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

Somefun Olajuwo from ILisan 2 “When you go to war, at the end of the day, you must come back and jaw jaw, and as a result, I want to appeal to all APC members in the state to forget the issue of groups and embrace one another so as to form a formidable party that will win during the 2019 general election”
According to the leader of the group ” We are 272 Councillors from 272 wards converged on Abiodun’s Campaign office in Iperu-Remo, we came today to pledge our unalloyed support for the candidature of Prince Dapo Abiodun at Iperu our gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.”
He canvassed unity and peaceful coexistence within the party and begged Governor Ibikunle Amosun to allow the supremacy of the party to prevail .
