ISARA, OGUN STATE – Bashorun Peter Oluwole Bayo has been elected the Ọdẹmọ of Isara, securing the traditional throne and title for the Ọtẹtẹ family house. The election, held in the Remo North Local Government Area, concluded with a decisive victory for Bashorun Bayo, who garnered nine of the eleven total votes.
The official results, announced by Local Government Secretary Mr. SLG and other senior officials, showed the following:
* Bashorun Peter Oluwole Bayo: 9 Votes
* Engr Olo Amoda: 1 Vote
* Otunba Fatai Sowemimo: 1 Vote
This election marks a significant moment for the ancient town as it prepares for the coronation of its new traditional ruler.

Born on April 23, 1970, to Mr. Samuel Olakunle and Princess Racheal Modupe Ogunbayo of Isara-Remo, Ogun State, Bashorun Peter Oluwole Ogunbayo began his career early with the Federal Ministry of Works & Housing in Lagos.
