Ogun Unveils PMB Estate with Over 100 Duplexes and Land for Sale
Abeokuta – The Ogun State Government has announced the completion of over 100 units of detached and semi-detached duplexes at the President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) Estate in Abeokuta, available for subscription by the public. Plots of land are also available for sale to individuals who wish to build their dream homes.






According to the Commissioner for Housing, Jagunmolu Akande Omoniyi, the estate features modern facilities, including a shopping mall, perimeter fence and gatehouse, children’s playground, recreational center, and adequate security. The estate is strategically located near the OgunTechHub, State Judiciary Complex, and a short drive from the Governor’s Office and Lagos State.
Omoniyi emphasized that the government aims to provide affordable housing for all segments of the population, with prices ranging from N10 million to N175 million. The PMB Estate, initially abandoned, has been transformed into a valuable asset for the state and Nigerians in the Diaspora.
The Senior Special Assistant to the governor on OPIC, Prince Farooq Adenugba, highlighted the high-quality infrastructure and facilities in the estate, including a gatehouse, service building, children’s park, clubhouse, street lights, and standard drainage system.
Real estate practitioners and builders have commended the state government for the project’s strategic location, quality materials, and potential to become a prime estate in the future.
