Ogun: Olaotan hosts party faithful, solicits continuous support for Governor Dapo Abiodun

The Special Adviser to Ogun State Governor on Government House and General matters, Hon Babatunde Olaotan has solicited continuous support for Governor Dapo Abiodun from his people in Yewa South and Ogun West Senatorial in general.

Olaotan, popularly known as HBO made this appeal at the weekend when he played host to members of a Dapo Abiodun Support Group drawn from Yewa South Local Government and other areas of the Senatorial district.

The members of the group in their thousands thronged the country home of HBO in Owode-Yewa to pledge their unalloyed support to the Governor in appreciation of the unprecedented developmental projects ongoing in the area.

“I want to sincerely appreciate you all for your support so far for our performing Governor. It is well deserved because the Governor has given us maximum sense of belonging in our local government coupled with initiation of some projects particularly the long abandoned Owode-Ilaro road, renovation of Ilaro General Hospital, construction of several blocks of classrooms in our schools, rehabilitation of various primary health centers among others.”

“The Governor is more determined to bring more developmental projects to Yewaland and for these reasons, we must encourage His Excellency by giving him our maximum support. We must mobilize massively for his second term ambition when he declares to reciprocate his developmental strides and to enable us attract more of them to our land.”

In his response, the newly sworn-in Party Chairman of the local government, Otunba Tunji Idowu assured the Governor’s aide of their continuous support to the Governor, promising to unite every members of the party in order for Governor Abiodun to remain In office till 2027.

The event was witnessed by Dignitaries which included Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Hon Bayo Orebiyi, Chief (Mrs.), Abimbola Ebo, Captain Oke, Chief Ogunlade, Hon Adebayo Lateef among others.
