Ogun 2019: Opinion poll tips Dapo Abiodun to win
All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Prince Dapo Abiodun, may emerge tops in the March 2 2019 governorship election in Ogun State, if the outcome of an independent opinion poll conducted online by @ogunireport to determine the possible choice of the people is anything to go by.
In the opinion poll, Abiodun was followed by The governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Mr Gboyega Isiaka , Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Ladi Adebutu, governorship candidate of Allied People’s Movement (APM) Hon. Abdulkabir Adekunle Akinlade in that order.
40 per cent of respondents across the state said they would prefer Abiodun to succeed Governor Ibikunle Amosun at the Government House while 31 per cent opted for Isiaka
22 per cent of respondents went for Adebutu, while 6 per cent for Mr. Akinlade of APM
The questionnaires were designed around the aspirations of four candidates considered to be leading contenders in the battle to succeed Governor Amosun.
