...Calls It "Blatant Lie," Urges Public to Disregard Misleading Clip

Odeda – The Odeda Local Government Authority has dismissed a viral video circulating on social media, claiming a recent Fulani attack on the Olokemeji Forest Reserve within the council area. The video, titled “How Fulani Turned Yoruba Village to a Ghost Village After Invasion,” has been described as false and misleading.
In a press statement signed by the Council’s Head of Information, Education, and Sports, Mrs. Fadipe Basirat, the government clarified that the incident depicted in the video occurred in 2021 at Olokemeji, Orile Ilugun, and had since been resolved amicably.
The Executive Chairman of Odeda LG, Hon.
