Youths in Ijebu-Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State, have been encouraged to leverage on the free registration center provided by the Council, to apply for the N-Power Scheme.
The Chairman, Transition Committee, Ijebu-Ode Local Government, Engr. Olugbenga Olugbile stated this in a chat with newsmen in his office at Ijebu-Ode Local Government Secretariat, Itoro, urging interested and
eligible applicants within the Local Government to explore the job opportunity offered by the Federal Government by registering for the Social Investment Scheme towards reducing unemployment.
Olugbile said, the application portal was re-opened on June 26, 2020, to recruit new set of Batch C, saying, the application was free for applicants in Ijebu-Ode, saying, “as a Local Government, we have set up a free registration centre for the process of application by youths within our council. The programme is open to all Nigerians between the ages of 18 to 35 years, as the mandate of lifting citizens out of abject poverty through capacity building, investment and direct support”.
