Breaking: Appeal Court dismisses Labour party appeal against Gov. Abiodun

The Court of Appeal sitting in Ibadan has thrown out the appeal of Labour Party challenging the judgement of lower Court against Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR and also awarded a fine of #2million.

The Labour party Appeal against Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun and All Progressive Congress, APC, was dismissed.

The Court upheld the submission of Gov Abiodun and APC counsel that the Labour party appeal lacked merit and frivolous. The sum of #1m each as damages for both Dapo Abiodun and APC was awarded.
